ABOUT CLUFF
As a self-esteem coach and motivational speaker, a former model and actress, Cluff has taught self confidence, character, public speaking, theater and film acting, image, self-esteem classes, and workshops to children and adults in California, New York, Washington DC and several other states.

With a Master's degree in Communications, Cluff speaks and researches on self-esteem, confidence, intrapersonal and interpersonal communication, conflict mediation and resolution, organizational communication and community change. She specializes in empowering individuals and inciting community change. She drives client success through customized large-group seminars, conferences, workshops, and private coaching. For the past ten years, Cluff has provided her clients with the tools to build their confidence and esteem, and revamp their lives in order to maximize their potential.

Cluff founded and is Editor-In-Chief of Esteem Yourself E-magazine and other sister companies, including Esteem Yourself Organization, a women's service project based organization. Cluff has worked with many adults and youth, assisting them to discover their path, realize their power, and motivate themselves to success. Cluff continues to enjoy sharing her knowledge and experiences with those who are enthusiastic about succeeding. Cluff has been featured in several radio shows and has been the keynote speaker for several self-esteem seminars, confidence workshops, and events.

The Beginning:
Cluff started a professional modeling career at the age of six. She embarked on theater, film and broadcasting at the prestigious Duke Ellington School of the Arts. She ventured into a professional acting career soon after. By the end of high school Cluff had directed theater and film productions, written several film scripts, was heard and seen in multiple school broadcast TV shows, and radio productions.

Cluff received a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts Studies with an emphases in film directing. Cluff has writing, produced, directed and edited various films. Some of her directing and editing credits includes Mogzitwa, The Blacker the Berry, Innocence, Billie and Paige. Cluff joined a notable acting agency where she was featured as lead and supporting actress in major film productions, infomercials and industrial films. A partial list of her acting credits include: Brain Garden, Where There is Help, There is Hope, African Saints, Orientation, Academic Review. In addition, Cluff has an impressive list of credits in independent films and motion stock footage.

Cluff moved to New York and instructed, directed and coached young film actors. Soon after, she joined a notable acting school where she instructed and coached acting students, and taught confidence, self-esteem, public speaking, and modeling.

Today Cluff continues her passion for film production as a producer, director and editor in several commercials, documentaries and indie films.
